It was such an honour to have met l my sifu, ex boss at the recent charity event after so many years. He was the hardest boss I’ve ever worked for and gave me an absolute hell for a solid one year when I was a Junior Culinary Instructor at @taylorsuni back in 1994 with only RM1,100 salary. To be honest, I truly hated and seriously shaken every time he appeared in my kitchen and pastry classes alike. At times, made me work from 9am -110pm to replace those colleagues on sick leaves with no overtime payment at all. Can you imagine the exhaustion I had experienced? The dun batches of students made it a breeze, nevertheless. But again, his hard way of training methods had moulded me to become very meticulous and always on my toes at all times and I survived finally the ordeal. From the very bottom of my heart, I express my utmost gratitude for seeing the potentials & believing in my capabilities to excel. Now I have been adopting some of your extreme management styles but only those who can tahan will persevere & stay lah. Terima kasih di atas segala shoutings, drilling, lectures, guidance and torturing. Without your honest intention training me, I would not have became who I am today. For that, I am forever greatfull 🙏😋👍🙏❤️
